How do I renew my hormones?
Do not call the pharmacy. Mail in the hormone prescription refill form sent with your last order.

Make sure to send it in the provided envelope. Please take the time to ensure your information and check are filled out correctly, otherwise, the process will be delayed. Don’t forget to include payment.

How soon should I order my refill?
It can take up to two weeks to receive your prescription after you mail in the form. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Do not wait until you run out or need it right away.
How much is a prescription?
Make your selections above and they will show pricing.
How much is a shipping?
Please refer to the shipping portion of the form.

If your prescription is a suppository the order MUST be UPS. Due to the composition, they must be kept cold. UPS shipping will require a credit card, call Nutrition Works for details.

With a store order, you will be charged shipping according to your store purchase. No additional shipping fee is added to your prescription.

Can I pay with a credit card?
No. We can only accept cash or checks at this time. The exception is the price of shipping for suppositories.
Who do I make my checks out to?
Checks are made out to WHEN & IFF
Do I still have to send a check if I am picking up my prescription?
Yes. We need payment before we order your mail-in prescription. When you pick it up just let the store attendant know your name and that your prescription is for pick-up.
How do I take my prescription?
Follow the instructions given by your clinician NOT the instructions on the bottle. If you do not know your directions, please call the clinic at (610) 589-5182.
